This New Neier Website Is Mobile Friendly

This new Neier website has been redesigned from the ground up to be mobile friendly, since over 50% of users today access email, the Internet, & search for solutions with their mobile devices instead of a desktop computer. This means that the new Neier website is compatible with:

  • Smartphones in both portrait & landscape viewing modes, including Apple iOS, Google Android, Microsoft Windows Phone, & Blackberry implementations.
  • Tablets in both portrait & landscape viewing modes, including iOS, Android, & Windows implementations.
  • Modern desktop browsers, both Windows & Apple.

The website detects the type of device you are using and the available browser width and automatically makes appropriate adjustments to best display the content. You don’t have to zoom & scroll right/left to see the content, since it is already optimized for proper viewing.

The very same content is displayed on all devices.

When you are viewing the site on a smartphone or tablet, try flipping the mobile device from portrait to landscape and back to see how the content is dynamically rearranged right in front of your eyes. If you are viewing the site with a browser on a desktop or laptop computer, try grabbing the right margin of your browser and slide it to the left to shrink the width and notice how the site automatically adjusts to the available width. When you shrink the width enough, you will see that the content in the right sidebar moves to the bottom below the main page being displayed. Images & videos are automatically resized.

Older browsers, such as IE8 on Windows XP, do not have adequate capabilities to support some of the modern features used by our new website, although we do our best to be backward compatible. If we detect one of these older browsers, we recommend that you upgrade to a newer version, such as Chrome or Firefox.

We have been working with webDesigner, Roger Due, in Albuquerque, NM, to bring this modern mobile friendly website to life. What you see today is just the beginning. We will be enhancing this site to be more useful to our customers, prospects, employees, drivers, & community. Stay tuned…

We'd love it if you would share. It's totally up to you though.
