Driver: Bill M

Bill M has been part of the Neier driving team for over 5 years now. Previous to his employment with Neier, Bill worked as a CDL Driving Instructor and an OTR driver. Although Bill came to Neier without previous experience pulling Tankers, his attention to detail and retention made him a quick learner.

Bill spends his time with Neier bouncing between running OTR and Regionally. It is not uncommon to find Bill in the passenger seat, as he is part of the Neier Training Team. Bill’s attention to detail and excellent trip planning makes him a valuable resource for incoming drivers. Prior to his career as a Professional Truck Driver, Bill served in the United States Navy as an E-5 2nd Class Boatswain Mate. We would like to take this time to thank him for his service to Country.

What is it that you feel sets Neier apart from other companies?

It feels like a family here. Also, you don’t have to worry about your next load, dispatch keeps you running.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I am more than just a number here. I am actually an individual.

What would you like new hires to know about Neier?

All of the drivers are here to help them.
