Good Morning! We are happy to report that the problems related to the Neier, Inc. domain have been fixed and we have resumed communication as normal. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. ... See MoreSee Less
Meet Kurtus H. (right) and Paul S. (left).
Kurtus came to Neier, Inc. as an OTR Company Driver. He settled in as one of the team very quickly and was excited to accept new challenges and responsibility. Shortly after starting with Neier, Inc. he received additional training to operate Vac equipment, allowing him to run specialty loads for Neier, Inc. Around a year into his career with Neier, Inc. he informed us that he had dreams of starting Neier, Inc's first team operation. Kurtus presented his idea to Dispatch and Human Resources, and ensured them that he had the perfect recruit for this team operation, Paul S.
While talking with Paul, it became apparent that this was an opportunity that Neier, Inc. could not pass up. Paul was excited about the opportunity of growing not only his career personally, but growing Neier, Inc. as well. Kurtus and Paul represent core company values; they operate with integrity each and every day, have an excellent record of customer satisfaction, and commitment to safety. Kurtus and Paul successfully turn over 6000 miles weekly, allowing Neier, Inc. to service more customer loads. Their commitment to success and optimistic attitudes makes working with Kurtus and Paul a pleasure.
What do they have to say about us?
"In the simplest of terms, it is definitely a true family environment. An open door policy that is not only talked about, but actually practiced. I have personally shook hands with the owner of the company and talked with him like he was just another driver"
"At Neier, you'll be with a company that will allow you to grow and prosper"
"I have been recognized for my professional capabilities, have been allowed to grow both professionally and personally, I am not just another one of the drivers, I am ME" ... See MoreSee Less

Glad to have ya.
We see that we have quite a few new page likes and followers here recently (welcome!)
We figured we'd take this opportunity to share a little bit more about Neier.
We pay our company drivers based off of a sliding mileage bracket earning a minimum of $0.50/mile. All of our lanes are paid all running miles (address to address) with a PC Miler Practical Routing. Our dispatchers are former drivers and are here to help maximize your earning potential. They understand that you're experienced professionals and will treat you as such; they are here for you when you need support, but they will also allow you to operate with autonomy.
Being in business since 1989 has allowed Neier, Inc. to establish a diversified customer base that allows us to offer a steady work load to all of our drivers year round. Being part of the Hazardous Waste Transportation Industry, our drivers can expect to run lanes for a core group of customers and encounter minimal time at large warehouse facilities. The majority of our work is drop & hook or customer load/unload. That being said, we do encounter occasional customer delays and have established a demurrage program that pays drivers after 1 hour at pick-up and delivery.
Our orientation process is unique in that we don't require our new hires to be part of a large hiring pool. This allows for a more personalized approach, individual attention, and a better assessment of each driver's individual skill set. Our goal is to have you on the road, running solo, as safely and quickly as possible. Most of our experienced drivers can anticipate running solo within a week. Drivers attending orientation from out of town can expect either a flight or rental car and individual hotel room accommodations.
We provide every full-time driver with an assigned Kenworth tractor. Our maintenance program is designed to keep equipment in good working condition to allow each driver to complete their run safely and on schedule. We have incentive programs in place to reward drivers for clean DOT Inspections and will pay drivers for any breakdown time due to equipment defects, from the beginning of the reported breakdown. Also, we understand that appearance is important; we have nationwide accounts for Blue Beacon and Iowa 80 Truck Washes as well as a full-time detailer here at the Neier, Inc. terminal in Indianapolis, IN.
In addition to the above, we offer paid holidays, paid vacation, 401(k) programs, and a variety of insurance offerings.
